About Dentistry Vantage — Dentistry Vantage is an educational brand operated by Asfi Ghauri. It provides career exploration and educational experiences for students considering dentistry. Educational Purpose — Programmes help students understand dentistry, explore clinical and professional thinking, learn about dental education and careers, experience supervised dental simulation where facilities permit, and make informed decisions about whether dentistry may be right for them. Dentistry Vantage is not a university, dental school, admissions body, dental qualification provider or dental practice providing treatment through these programmes. Attendance does not guarantee admission to dental school, provide preferential treatment from universities, constitute a dental qualification or demonstrate clinical competence. Age — Virtual Dentistry Immersion and London Dentistry Intensive are designed for students aged 14–18. Under-18 participants must have appropriate parent or legal-guardian consent. No previous dental experience is required unless stated otherwise. Priority List — Joining the priority list is free, does not reserve a place, require payment, create a contract or guarantee a programme date. Families may receive early access to booking. Booking — A place is confirmed only once bookings are open, required information is provided, payment has been received and confirmation has been issued. Capacity may be limited, particularly for London Dentistry Intensive cohorts. Programme Fees — Virtual Dentistry Immersion has an expected launch price of £695. London Dentistry Intensive has a founding cohort price of £3,995. Final booking pages will confirm the applicable price, inclusions and terms before payment. The booking page will state inclusions before payment. Travel, accommodation, visas, personal insurance and other personal expenses remain the family’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise. Programme Content and Venue — We intend to provide programmes substantially as described, but may reasonably adjust timetable, faculty, speakers, activities, equipment, rooms or session order for educational, safety, operational, staffing, safeguarding or venue reasons. Material changes will be communicated. Venue use does not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation unless explicitly stated. Avoid non-refundable travel until arrangements are confirmed. Cancellation by Families — More than 28 days before a programme, cancellation may receive a full refund. Between 14 and 28 days, we normally consider transfer or a partial refund reflecting unrecoverable costs. Less than 14 days, a refund is not guaranteed but we will act reasonably, considering resale, costs and exceptional circumstances. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected. Cancellation by Dentistry Vantage — We may cancel or reschedule for insufficient enrolment, venue problems, faculty illness, safety concerns, major disruption, public-health restrictions or other circumstances that make delivery inappropriate or unsafe. If we cancel and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, the programme fee paid will be refunded. Participant Information and Behaviour — Families must provide information reasonably necessary for safe participation. Participants must follow reasonable instructions on safety, safeguarding, equipment, venue rules and wellbeing. Serious bullying, harassment, discrimination, violence, intimidation, deliberate damage or safety risks may require a participant to leave. Practical Dental Activities — Activities are educational simulations only. Students will not treat real patients, are not acting as dentists and do not gain clinical competence. Applications and Admissions — Information about careers, dental school, applications, interviews and professional life is educational; students must check current official requirements. Dentistry Vantage cannot guarantee admission to any university. Photography, Intellectual Property and Liability — Participants may not record others without permission. Teaching materials and branding are for personal educational use and must not be commercially reproduced. Nothing excludes liability unlawfully; these terms do not affect statutory consumer rights. Complaints — Email: hello@futuredentistacademy.com. Governing Law — These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
