About This Policy — Dentistry Vantage respects the privacy of students, parents, guardians and everyone who interacts with us. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, how we protect it and the rights individuals have in relation to their information. Because many participants are under 18, we aim to collect only information that is reasonably necessary and handle children’s information with particular care. Who We Are — Dentistry Vantage is an educational brand operated by Asfi Ghauri. For data-protection enquiries: Email: hello@futuredentistacademy.com. Information We May Collect — Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect parent or guardian name, email address, telephone number, student’s name and age, country of residence, programme interests, priority-list responses, booking, payment, emergency-contact, accessibility, allergy or health information where required, photography consent, correspondence and basic website usage information. We do not request detailed medical information at the priority-list stage. Information About Students Under 18 — Virtual Dentistry Immersion and London Dentistry Intensive may be attended by students aged 14–18. A parent or guardian will normally be the primary booking and payment contact; consent will be obtained where appropriate; unnecessary information will not be collected directly from children; and genuine welfare concerns may require information-sharing. How We Use Information — We may respond to enquiries, operate our priority list, administer bookings and payments, communicate with families, manage attendance, support safe participation, make adjustments, manage emergencies, deal with safeguarding concerns, maintain records, improve our website and send marketing communications where permission or another lawful basis applies. Legal Bases — Processing may be necessary to provide a booked service, based on consent, legitimate business or educational interests, legal obligation, or safeguarding. Health and Sensitive Information — We only request relevant health, allergy, accessibility or support information where necessary for safe participation and limit access to those who reasonably need it. Photography and Video — Appropriate parent or guardian consent will be obtained for identifiable promotional photography involving under-18s; consent is separate from participation and refusal will not disadvantage a student. Marketing — Families may unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers. Sharing Information — Trusted providers may support hosting, forms, email, payments, administration, accounting, venues, IT and security; information may also be shared where legally required or for a genuine safeguarding concern. International Providers — Where providers process data outside the UK, we will seek appropriate protections. Retention and Security — We retain information only as long as necessary, limit access, use secure technology providers and delete information when no longer required. Your Rights — Depending on circumstances, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, object, withdraw consent or complain. Contact: Email: hello@futuredentistacademy.com. Cookies — Necessary cookies may be used; optional analytics or advertising cookies will use appropriate consent where required. Changes — The latest version of this policy will always be published on this page.
